Exchange/store credit within 7 days in original condition. No refunds!!! REFUNDS ARE ONLY GIVEN IN SPECIAL CASES, FOR EXAMPLE IF AN ITEM IS DEFECTIVE, AND WILL TAKE 3-5 business days to show up back in your bank account/credit card that was used for the payment. STORE CREDIT IS ONLY VALID FOR 60 DAYS SO USE IT OR GET WITH ME TO USE IT!!WE WILL NOT KEEP RECORD OF STORE CREDIT PASS THEN!! IF YOU NEED TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM & THE CORRECT SIZE IS NOT ON HAND IN STORE, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SHIPPING COST TO RETURN TO VENDOR SO PLZ USE THE SIZE CHARTS PROVIDED FOR THE ITEMS TO CUT DOWN ON EXCHANGES!

No returns on intimate items/toys/lingerie.

We strive for all items to be in stock as ordered but sometimes due to high order volume, items may go on back order but customers will be notified of this ASAP with further arrangements to rectify the situation.

Standard Delivery on orders $100.01 to $124.99 - $11 (one day for processing + 5-7 business days shipping time)

Free Standard Shipping on orders $125 and over -FREE ( one day for processing + 5-7 business days shipping time)

Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the next business day.
